The Final Eliminator — This Is When the ‘Gladiators’ Finale Airs

It’s official: Gladiators 2024 started us off with a bang. Across seven vibrant episodes, we have witnessed the best of the best compete in a series of death-defying challenges. Gladiators raced up the Pyramid. Contenders fell from great heights. Heroes rose and fell as they gauntleted through The Eliminator.

Based on a series from the nineties, Gladiators 2024 pits a group of professional athletes, called Gladiators, against a rogue of everyday Aussies, called Contenders. These two groups compete in aerial wrestling matches, obstacle course races, and feats of physical strength.

In this series, the Gladiators are competing for glory. Meanwhile, the Contenders are competing against each other for a much more tangible prize. Two of the best Contenders will be selected to become Gladiators in 2025.

According to Liz Ellis, the co-host of Gladiators, all the Gladiators and Contenders put their best feet forward to secure a place in the pantheon of greatness. In a phone call with The Latch, she said that the prize pool pushed them to their limits.

“The big prize at the end of the series is not just the trophy, it’s the ability to become a Gladiator next year,” Liz explained.

“That was a real driving force for [the Contenders]. They put everything on the line. And you know when they get to the end of the eliminations, you know that they have nothing left to give.”

However, all good things must come to an end. And Gladiators 2024 is no exception to this rule. If you want to learn when the Gladiators finale drops, then you have come to the right place.

**When Is the Gladiators 2024 Finale?**

According to Network 10, the Gladiators semi-finals are taking place on January 24. The episode will be airing at 7.30pm on Network 10 and 10 Play.

When describing this episode, Network 10 wrote, “The Semi-Finals with two new events, The Edge and Whiplash, Daine, Chris, Tee, and Taylah are put to the test in five adrenaline-filled events to secure their spot in the Grand Final.”

The fact that the Gladiators semi-finals is taking place on Thursday, January 24, we can assume that the next episode will be the finale. Therefore, the Gladiators finale will take place on Sunday, January 28, at 7.30pm.
