Here’s Why Farmer Todd Will Make Waves on Farmer Wants a Wife

The 2024 Farmer Wants a Wife contestant Todd

Channel 7

On Farmer Wants a Wife, Farmer Dean is out and Farmer Todd is in. Before Farmer Wants a Wife’s annual Country Ball last week, Farmer Dean announced that he was deeply in love with Teegan — our first happily ever after of the season! But the show must go on, so Farmer Wants a Wife brought in Farmer Todd and a new line-up of city girls.

Like the other Farmer Wants a Wife farmers, Todd will go on a series of dates with a group of ladies, gradually narrowing down his options until he’s found the one person whom he wants to start a relationship with. The last girl standing might even be the lass that he marries.

But who is this new man? What’s his story? Here’s everything we know about the 2024 Farmer Wants a Wife contestant Todd.

Who Is Farmer Wants a Wife’s Todd?

Farmer Wants a Wife’s Farmer Todd is a 33-year-old cattle farmer from Baan Baa, NSW. He’s earnest, cheeky, and feels a bit left behind, as the rest of his mates are in relationships.

According to Todd, he’s looking for someone to start his life with.

“Easy going and pretty relaxed, like myself, but also willing to get their hands dirty and not be afraid of hard work,” Todd said, while describing his perfect partner. “Someone who’ll enjoy living on the farm and the farming lifestyle.”

“Communication is really important. Being able to compromise, find solutions to problems, and then move forward. And spending time with one another and having fun along the way.”

In five years’ time, Todd wants to have a family. Will he find the mother of his children on Farmer Wants a Wife? Our fingers are crossed for a yes.

Farmer Wants a Wife Australia airs at 7.30pm on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, only on Channel 7 and 7 Plus. Miss an episode? Catch up on 7 Plus.
