Meet the Farmers Hoping to Find Love on ‘Farmer Wants a Wife’ 2024

Farmer Wants a Wife's 2024 cast

Last year, Farmer Wants a Wife celebrated one of its most successful seasons yet, as all five Farmers found love. Now, Channel 7 is back to do it all over again, and they’ve just announced the Farmer Wants a Wife 2024 cast. Or more specifically, they’ve announced the men who hope to find love on this show.

The network has announced five dreamboat farmers from across the width of Australia. What’s more, all of these farmers have wildly different personalities. For instance, Farmer Joe wants a classic romance, and Farmer Tom just wants companionship.

Along with our chosen Farmers, Sam Armytage will return to host the series, and Natalie Gruzlewski will return as co-host. Without further ado, let’s meet our Farmers!

Farmer Wants a Wife 2024 Cast: Meet the Farmers

Farmer Dustin, 26, Condobolin, NSW

While quiet and shy at first, once Farmer Dustin gets to know you, he won’t be able to shut his trap. This cattle, sheep, and crops farmer loves a laugh and taking the mickey.

According to Dustin, he’s looking for someone who will both love and respect his family.

“My family is really important to me,” Dustin said. “So someone that understands that and is family-oriented themselves is a must.”

Farmer Joe, 33, Nimmitabel, NSW

Tall, dark, and handsome, Farmer Joe is a cattleman with a passion for adventure. In every task Joe does, he’s a hard worker who wears his heart on his sleeve.

From Joe’s perspective, his ideal partner is someone who wants an equal relationship.

“I’m looking for someone who’s beautiful inside and out,” Joe said. “A love for travel and the outdoors is also important. Someone who is strong and independent, who knows what she wants and is content with who she is. Someone that fits into my life without either of us having to change.”

“I want someone who’s my equal; I don’t need someone to look after me or mother me.”

Farmer Bert, 30, Wamuran, Queensland

While rough around the edges, Farmer Bert has a huge heart. This dragon fruit farmer would do anything for his friends and family, often putting these people first.

Bert has stated that he’s keen to have another person to add to this important list of people. He is ready for a relationship and wants to take this huge step.

“Now that I’m fully set up on the farm, finding the right person would be pretty special,” Bert said. “I’ve got time up my sleeve to do things, not just focus on work.”

“I am looking for someone who will be supportive, but also keep me honest and tell me when I need to pull my head in.” I would like someone who is confident in themselves and enjoys a level of independence. Someone that when times get tough, will be there for me, as I will be there for them.”

Farmer Dean, 25, Kandanga, Queensland

Farmer Dean is a fun and easy-going cattle raiser and watermelon grower. When he’s not working, he enjoys nothing more than a cold beer with his mates.

According to Dean, he doesn’t have a laundry list of requirements when it comes to love. He just wants someone who gives a relationship a good go.

“I’m really not too picky!” Dean said. “As long as they’re outgoing, hardworking & driven like me! Someone who can make me laugh and smile. Who’s keen to have a crack! You know what I mean?”

“They should pick me because I’m a bloody good fella. Definitely good looking.”

Farmer Tom, 22, Tahbilk, Victoria

For many years, Farmer Tom has been working with cattle and crops on his family farm in Tahbilk, Victoria. However, while he takes this work seriously, he also has a dry sense of humour.

When it comes to love, Tom isn’t looking for a fling. He instead wants a partner who he can rely on.

“I’m looking for someone who’s very caring and very supportive,” Tom said. “Farming can be demanding, so I’d like to find someone who understands that and will stick it out by my side. I’d like to find someone motivated and family-oriented who has a positive attitude.”
