Farmer Wants a Wife creates relationships that last. Since its inception, 206 Farmer Wants a Wife couples have gotten married, with 10 of these weddings taking place in Australia. This series is also somewhat responsible for 516 babies being born, and 27 of these nuggets have been Aussies. On Farmer Wants a Wife 2024, eight ladies have been attempting to start such a journey with Farmer Joe.

Joe is a cattleman working on his family’s farm in Bombala, NSW. When he isn’t working, he loves taking care of his horses, playing footy, and fishing. Joe’s also extremely interested in falling in love.

“Love is the most important thing in life,” Joe said. “Without love, there is no happiness in my opinion, and to be honest, the world could do with a little more of it.”

On Farmer Wants a Wife, Joe is ready to find his dream partner. He wants a wife, kids, and the whole nine yards.

“I want a paddock full of kids,” Joe said. “I feel I’m ready for fatherhood. I’m just looking for the right person.”

“I’m looking for someone who’s beautiful inside and out. A love for travel and the outdoors is also important. Someone who is strong and independent, who knows what she wants and is content with who she is. Someone that fits into my life without either of us having to change.”

But finding such a person won’t be easy. Over the course of this series, Joe will be forced to eliminate his ladies until there’s only one person left. This will undoubtedly lead to many nights of heartbreak.
