“I Am Falling in Love” — The Reason Farmer Tom Chose Sarah on Farmer Wants a Wife

Farmer Wants a Wife 2024's Tom and Sarah

Channel 7

On last night’s episode of Farmer Wants a Wife, Farmer Tom made the decision of a lifetime. Having to choose between the speech pathologist Sarah and the customer service worker Krissy, he landed on which of these girls he’d like to date.

Tom made this decision after meeting both Sarah and Krissy’s families. Sarah’s dad got on with Tom, and called him a decent bloke. Meanwhile, Krissy’s dad asked Tom if he had his “daughter’s best interests at heart.”

Tom spent a lot of time reflecting on what Krissy’s dad asked him. He then determined that his heart belonged to Sarah.

Later in this episode of Farmer Wants a Wife, Tom told Sarah exactly how he felt.

“It has been an honour having you around the farm,” Tom said. “I’ve loved every moment of it. Sarah, you are the person that I want a relationship with, and I am falling in love with you.”

Luckily, Sarah was receptive to Tom’s outpouring. Sarah said she was excited to move to his Tahbilk, Victoria, farm before declaring, “I do love you.”

But while Sarah was pleased with this outcome, Krissy was less than delighted.

“I’m a bit shocked, and I think I have a valid reason to be,” Krissy said. “I did not see this coming.”

Tom and Sarah are the second couple to emerge from the 2024 season of Farmer Wants a Wife. Earlier during the season, Farmer Dean started dating the childcare educator Teegan.

There are currently three farmers still looking for love. Will Farmer Dustin, Farmer Joe, and Farmer Todd find what Tom and Dean found? Or will they leave the show empty-handed? We can’t wait to find out.

Farmer Wants a Wife Australia airs at 7.30pm on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, only on Channel 7 and 7 Plus. Miss an episode? Catch up on 7 Plus.
