If you thought that celebrities were weak-minded, feeble, cowards, then prepare to be wrong, because The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition is on its way. In this amazing series, a cast of 11 celebrities and their partners will race, battle, and become the rawest editions of themselves, all across the globe.
What’s more, the stakes of this series have never been higher. The team that wins this challenge will get $100,000 to donate to their charity of choice.
In a first look trailer for the series, we see Australian Survivor‘s George Mladenov — aka King George of Bankstown — instructing his sister Pam to “push through”.
“You’re fine! Why are you doing this?” he asks in the trailer.
“I’m gonna vomit,” she replies, teary-eyed.
“You can vomit and get up!” George shoots back.
We hear Jackie Gillies, Real Housewife of Melbourne star and wife of Silverchair drummer Ben proclaim that she’s “scared of heights” — right before it cuts to her screaming in the sky. And, we see that the medical team is called in to assist Grant Denyer. Of course, there are sure to be plenty of laughs and fun along the way, as well!
Beau Ryan is back to host The Amazing Race Australia 2023, and we can’t wait to see how it all plays out. But for now, let’s get to know The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition cast.
