After a successful Paramount+ launch in 2022, The Bridge Australia is currently airing on Network Ten. If you’ve been hungry to return to this series, or are just discovering it for the first time, there’s never been a better time to tune in.
What Is The Bridge Australia About?
Narrated by Hugo Weaving, The Bridge Australia drops 12 cast members on the shore of a deserted lake in the remote Tasmanian wilderness. These individuals are then tasked with building a 330-metre bridge to a small island at the centre of said lake. They only have 17 days and some basic tools at their disposal.Â
But why would anyone ever go on such a series? Well, because there’s a chest on the island that contains a whopping $250,000.Â
What’s more, if this isn’t enough drama for you, then there’s a catch. Only one person can cross the bridge. They then choose whether to split the $250,000 or keep the cash for themselves.Â
If you just want to find out what happens immediately, The Bridge Australia is currently playing on Paramount +. However, a few episodes are also streaming now on 10 Play.
The Bridge Australia is playing on Network Ten as a replacement for MasterChef Australia 2023. Originally set to premiere on May 1, MasterChef Australia delayed its premiere after news of judge Jock Zonfrillo‘s sudden death broke. MasterChef Australia: Secrets and Surprises will premiere on Sunday, May 7.
