The new trailer for the latest James Bond franchise, No Time To Die debuted on Thursday and you’re going to love it.
Since we last saw Bond at the end of Spectre, the MI5 spy decided to leave the spy game to live it up in Jamaica.
But as the synopsis reads:
“His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help.
“The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.”
As we can expect from a good Bond film, we see our hero swinging on a rope from a Roman aquaduct, a sexy love interest, a girl with a gun and of course those famous words — Bond. James Bond, although it’s not quite in the fashion we’re used to.
We also catch a glimpse of our new villain, played by Oscar winner, Rami Malek.
“Licence to kill, a history of violence,” his voice echos over the trailer.
“Only your skills will die with your body. Mine will survive long after I’ve gone.”
“History isn’t kind to men who play God!” Bond says and cue the chills.
Craig leads an all-star cast and returning to the 007 franchise is Ralph Fiennes (M), Naomie Harris (Moneypenny), Ben Whishaw (Q), Lea Seydoux (Madeleine Swann), and Jeffrey Wright (Felix Leiter).
Catch No Time to Die in cinemas on April 1, 2021.
