Olsen plays Candy Montgomery, a small town, churchgoing lady from Texas who was living a typical suburban life. That is, until she meets Alan Gore (Plemons). The two quickly become embroiled in an extramarital affair, and results in one of them picking up an axe.

Who Is Starring In Love and Death?
Love and Death focuses on the story of two couples: the Montgomerys and the Gores.
Elizabeth Olsen is playing Candy Montgomery, with Patrick Fugit (Almost Famous, Saved!) playing her husband Pat Montgomery.
Meanwhile, Jesse Plemons plays Allan Gore, while Lily Rabe (American Horror Story) plays Allan’s wife Betty Gore.
Keir Gilchrist, Elizabeth Marvel, Tom Pelphrey and Krysten Ritter round out the cast in supporting roles.

Love and Death will premiere on Thursday, April 27 in Australia. The limited series will kick off with a triple-episode premiere, with the remaining four episodes dropping weekly after that.
