Get ready for the 2023 return of Farmer Wants A Wife, featuring a fresh batch of farmers in search of true love. This beloved Australian classic, airing on 7 and 7plus later this year, has previously produced nine weddings, five long-term relationships, and 25 babies.
The upcoming season will be hosted by Samantha Armytage and Natalie Gruzlewski, who will be playing matchmaker and guiding the five new farmer contestants toward romance.
Each bachelor hails from parts of Eastern Australia (NSW, VIC, and QLD) and brings with them a unique personality and agricultural skillset.
This season promises plenty of firsts — first glances, first kisses, romantic dates, and life-changing moments. The bachelors will experience the highs and lows of finding a soulmate. And for the first time in franchise history, each farmer will get his own fairytale ending. Audiences can look forward to seeing the relationship dynamics between each farmer and their potential love matches.
Ahead of the show’s airing on Channel 7 and 7plus, we’ll run you through the farmers that are looking for love. Let’s meet Farmer David, a 29-year-old from Queensland. He’s making show history as the first-ever apple farmer.
The fourth-generation farmer admits that his orchard while being “pretty close to paradise” still longs for something more — someone to share it with.
“I need to find that person who’s willing to join the adventure with me. It comes down to something very simple and it’s who I could see being my wife,” David mentioned prior to starting filming on the show.
Is true love in store for Farmer David? Find out on Farmer Wants A Wife 2023, released later this year on 7 and 7plus.
