Dream Home is a brand new renovation series where everything’s turned up to 11. In this show, six pairs of everyday Aussies will renovate their own homes. Room by room, they’;; compete to see who can transform a dilapidated suburban home into an astonishing new dream house. Because each pair is working on their own homes, tensions will be higher than ever.
However, the teams won’t be tackling each room alone. Dream Home has hired three expert judges to help them along the way, critiquing and scoring each space as they complete the renovation.
But who are these mystery judges? What makes them qualified to judge a Dream Home house? Here’s everything we know about the Dream Home judges.

Simon Cohen is the founder and director of Cohen Handler, one of the largest residential property buying agencies in Australia. If you want a luxury property in Sydney, he’s your go-to guy.
What’s more, Dream Home isn’t Simon’s first dip into reality TV stardom. Between 2021 and 2022, he starred in three seasons of Prime Video’s Luxe Listings Sydney, in which he bought and sold many multi-million dollar properties.
Simon will guide each team through their renovation plans to ensure that their properties are elevated to the highest possible standard. In a press statement, he said he was excited to work with these families.
“I’m thrilled to be part of Dream Home,” Simon said. “The stakes are high in any competition, but when it comes to your own home, the sky’s the limit. These renovations will be incredible and life-changing.”
