Clement Marchais’s upbringing in France and love of travel led to his discovery and passion for cooking. His extensive list of Michelin Star experience is impressive, working at some of the best venues in the industry, including La Cape Restaurant in Bordeaux, Martin Berasategui Restaurant in Spain and our very own Quay Restaurant.

Although, now, he is currently focusing his skills elsewhere, stepping up to lead the newly refurbished Robin Hood hotel, opening Lorraine’s Bistro, and now, Wings ‘N Burgers, using his skills to bring high-quality, mouth-watering comfort food to Sydneysiders along with Lorraine’s Bistro owner Dan Whitten.

Wings ‘N Burgers is here to take everything you know about comfort food and step it up a level. Combining years of culinary experience and award-winning locally sourced produce to provide a decadent flavour sensation.

The menu offers only the best products made from scratch, serving up some big flavour hits. Think Americana meets Pub Classics with a gastronomical flare.

Kick things off is their O.G Smash, a premium Jack’s Creek Wagyu smash patty topped with hi-melt cheese, oak lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles finished with their signature special sauce.

Next up is not for the faint-hearted—The Triple Double, stacked with double Jack’s Creek Wagyu smash patties, double hi-melt cheese, double maple bacon, American mustard, tomato sauce, pickles, onions and finished with their signature sauce. Level up your meal with the Buffalo Bad Boys, their hot twist on Buffalo fried chicken that is on another level.

Vegetarians are also covered with all their signature flavours and sauces available on fried cauliflower, with no boring options on this menu. If you need help deciding on sides, their signature cheese share fries is a no-brainer, add on their tequila jalapenos to up the ante or head north to Canada and dive into three variations of Poutine, the classic with house-made gravy and classic cheese curds, mushroom swaps out the gravy with a rich and earthy mushroom sauce and lastly, pepper poutine for those who like a little kick to their gravy.
