Tradie-turned-model Chad Hurst considers himself a “Cinderfella”.
This kid from Campbelltown spent 10 years in construction until a twist of fate, and a modelling agent walked past his construction site.
Plucking Hurst from obscurity, the agent signed him straight up and since then, he’s travelled the world, modelling for Vogue, GQ, Country Road, Superdry and David Jones.
Hurst is looking to share his passion for where he grew up, highlighting his roots in Sydney’s West.
He’s loving, loyal and has a passion for music, the outdoors, staying active, animals — especially his toy poodle, Buddy.
The 27-year-old is going to use his looks, charm and networking skills in the Big Brother house to win over the other housemates and is planning to remain “chill” while being an “alpha” who gets along with everyone.
His pet peeves are disloyalty and bullying, and he himself can be short-tempered and irritable — especially if he doesn’t get enough sleep.
Hurst is currently single and falls hard and fast when he meets the right girl. He is definitely open to romance in the house if it comes his way.
If he were to win, the self-confessed “mummy’s boy” will use the prize money to pay his mum’s bills. But don’t let that fool you. He also wants to shout his mates a trip to Vegas…
