If first impressions mean anything on The Bachelor, then 25-year-old Bella Varelis is certainly looking like the front-runner.
Entering the red carpet like a bonafide princess, Varelis and Locky Gilbert, made an instant connection, leaving our Bachelor absolutely smitten.
In the sweetest move, Varelis brings a heart pin to place on his sleeve.
“I got you a little heart that we can pop on your sleeve, so you always remember to wear your heart on your sleeve.” Aww!
We don’t know too much about the girl that seemingly sweeps Gilbert off his feet, however, we do know that she previously dated The Bachelorette’s Sam Johnston in 2015 for less than a year.
Varelis can also add YouTuber to her resume (here’s her YouTube channel) and has also done some modelling for TK Maxx.
Varelis’ LinkedIn profile shows her as a Digital Marketing Consultant in Sydney and she has also been working independently in the Marketing industry as a Social and Digital media consultant for two years.
If her Instagram is anything to go by, the consultant has the travel bug, with photos from LA, New York City, Italy, Greece and more locally, Byron Bay.
Her page also features many social events (all pre-global pandemic) and even shows off some famous friends including influencer Jadé Tuncdoruk.
With betting odds in Varelis’ favour, Gilbert was asked if he was dating her after claims that the outcome had already been leaked.
“I don’t think so. I was paying a favourite on Survivor for Sportsbet, and I clearly didn’t win, so they never know what they’re talking about,” he said, brushing it off.
Time can only tell, however, we can only imagine that this social butterfly is ready for what The Bachelor journey has in store for her.
