The Block’s Luke and Jasmin are what you would describe as a “dynamic duo”.
While Luke’s a carpenter by trade, Jasmin’s a teacher — bringing what they think is the perfect mix of skills to win.
Luke, 35, owns his own business that he started nine years ago. He does a lot of renovations and timber flooring — some might say, the best experience for the show.
Even though he is a full-time chippy, he’s also a successful male model, who has been signed with Chadwick Models for several years.
Jasmin, 36, is a part-time kindergarten teacher who Luke describes as “a hard-working, beautiful person and mother”.
The Perth couple met 17 years ago in a local pub and have two children, Lola 4, and Sonny, one.
The pair describe the last few years as “pretty much-been baby, renovations, baby, toddler, renovations.”
“It’s going to be quite enjoyable being back to Luke and Jasmin, not Mum and Dad,” Jasmin said during their introduction interview.
“I think that is something we’re really going to savour.”
