The SAS Australia 2023 start date inches closer by the day, and this year, the show is taking things to a new level.
The recruits will be faced with all the extreme challenges that viewers have come to expect from Australia’s toughest reality competition series. But for the first time, the show will be going international.
That’s right, folks. This year, our recruits will be aiming to pass the SAS selection process, but they’ll be doing so in the Middle East.
The 14 Aussie celebs who have signed up for the challenge of a lifetime come from a range of backgrounds. There are athletes, like AFLW player and Australian Survivor contestant Abbey Holmes, royalty, like Balinese princess Lindy Klim, and convicted felons, like Cassie Sainsbury, aka “Cocaine Cassie”.
Over the course of the season, the recruits will train together, sleep together, and brave all kinds of extreme conditions. And because this is SAS Australia, they can’t even think about playing the “don’t you know who I am?!” celebrity card. There are no allowances here.
Instead, they’ll be pushed beyond their limits. We’re talking rigorous physical and psychological testing, all in line with the authentic SAS selection process. Some of them may withdraw, but who will be mentally strong enough to tough it out until the end?
There’s only one way to find out, and that’s to tune in for the return of SAS Australia in 2023!
