Melbourne was hit by an earthquake this morning with early reports suggesting it was a 5.6 magnitude earthquake.
Videos shared on Twitter show an older building on Chapel Street in Windsor has partially collapsed due to the quake, with damage to Betty’s Burgers on the ground floor of the building.
