Chums, MasterChef: Dessert Masters is dropping soon, and it’s going to star some deletable feeds. We’re talking pillowy macaroons, dense chocolate cakes, and sweet tarts, amongst others. We’re talking about your inner child’s wildest dreams.
However, MasterChef: Dessert Masters isn’t just about a whack of scrumptious desserts. It’s also about the masters making them, which brings us to Morgan Hipworth, one of this season’s contestants.
Now, if you haven’t heard of Morgan before, then get ready. Not only is he MasterChef: Dessert Masters’ youngest contestant, he’s also incredibly talented.

Who Is Morgan Hipworth?
Morgan Hipworth is a 22-year-old foodie and entrepreneurial businessman. At 15, he opened his first bakery in Windsor, Melbourne. This establishment is called Bistro Morgan. Soon after this bakery opened, it became famous for its baked donuts, cookies, and scrolls.
In 2023, Morgan was able to open up a second Bistro Morgan in Fitzroy. According to Morgan, Fitzroy is a perfect location.

“We wanted to be in a location where creativity flourishes, and the community appreciates the nuances of handcrafted products,” Morgan said in an interview with The Latch. “The precinct energy and vivacity felt like the perfect backdrop for our next chapter.”
Will Morgan Hipworth Win MasterChef: Dessert Masters?
While Morgan Hipworth may be the youngest contender on MasterChef: Dessert Masters, he’s still ready to give the competition his all.
“I’m beyond excited to step into the legendary MasterChef Australia kitchen,” Morgan said in an Instagram post. “This Sunday marks the beginning of an incredible journey alongside nine other of Australia’s best pastry chefs.”

Don’t discount Morgan. His youthful exuberance might rocket him to first place.
