Jess Liemantara is a MasterChef Australia veteran. In 2018, she was season 10’s youngest contestant, placing fourth. In 2020, she returned for Season 12’s “Back to Win” season, in which she placed 12th.

Jess Liemantara is a tarts, macarons, and entremets master. During the COVID pandemic, she set up a pastry delivery business that specialised in these desserts. Luckily, this business popped the heck off.

In 2022, Jess turned this business into a physical store, Esmé Pâtisserie. Since then, this business has shut its doors.
So, what is Jess doing right now? Well, she’s working at Ned’s Bake in Melbouren, and using the opportunity to perfect her laminated pastry skills.

Jess Liemantara is on MasterChef: Dessert Masters to prove that she can bake with the best. What’s more, as the old adage goes, the third time’s the charm. While nothing in life is certain, Jess has what it takes to be victorious.
