KitchenAid, makers of everyone’s favourite stand mixer, has launched a brand new colourway in 2021. Revealing its new Colour of the Year today as ‘Honey’, the iconic brand hopes its new shade will help add a little warmth and sweetness to kitchens everywhere following a somewhat sour year.

“A warm and rich hue with a golden-orange undertone, the new colour radiates positivity and warmth,” KitchenAid says in a press release.

Available today, from February 11, in the KSM175 Artisan Stand Mixer and K400 Blender, “Honey serves as an invitation to experience the sweetness that is born from coming together.”

KitchenAid says: “With the release of its 2021 Colour of the Year in the iconic KSM175 Artisan Stand Mixer and K400 Blender, KitchenAid seeks to deliver a sense of community and comfort directly to the kitchen.”

To celebrate the new hue, KitchenAid will be hosting a series of masterclasses. Designed to be attended in pairs — bring a partner or foodie friend — there will be three limited masterclasses held over three days in late-February: Sweet, Savoury and Styling.
