There’s no denying that season 8 of Married at First Sight has delivered some serious drama, conversation starters and introduced us to some unique characters. And now that we’re at the pointy end of the show, it’s hard not to feel addicted.
Since there has been a Nationwide four-day weekend for the Easter Break, you may be wondering exactly when the series is airing.
Right now, we’re due for a commitment ceremony. We’re waiting with bated breath to see which couples choose to stay for the final leg of the experiment and which ones will call it quits.
You may have noticed that this did not take place during its usual Sunday spot (April 4), however, the final commitment ceremony of the season, will take place on Monday, April 5 at 7.30 pm.
This season has seen some seriously bad behaviour that has thankfully been shut down by the experts, and while we already know who stays together in the real world, we’re still looking forward to the episode.
Following Monday’s episode, it will be business as usual with a Tuesday and Wednesday episode, before what we can only assume is a return on Sunday and Monday the following week with final vows and a juicy reunion.
On April 3, Channel 9 released a brand-new trailer on the official MAFS social accounts, teasing us with what’s coming up for the rest of the series and if you haven’t yet seen it, check it out here.
By the looks of things, Patrick Dwyer and Belinda Vickers take their relationship to the next level, Melissa Rawson looks to finally exit the experiment on her own and Coco Steadman, Sam Carraro and Samantha Harvey are set to make a triumphant return.
Then on Easter Sunday, April 4, Channel 9 released a very cryptic trailer for the final commitment ceremony, which you can see here.
Who will stay and who will leave? We cannot wait to see.
