Ironwoman Candice Warner Is Determined to Win ‘I’m a Celebrity’ 2024

I'm a Celebrity 2024 Candice Warner

Candice Warner may have the physical strength of a former champion ironwoman, but does she have what it takes to survive the jungle? We’re about to find out, because Candice is ready to compete on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! 2024.

Candice has long been one of Australia’s biggest names in sports and media. After all, she’s been on the scene for years, after turning professional as an ironwoman at the age of 14.

She quickly rose through the ranks, and soon enough, Candice was a champion of the field. Over the course of her career, she won three World Championship gold medals, 20 Australian Championship medals, and 60 state championship medals. She was also named the ‘Queen of Nelson Mandela Bay’ in South Africa and won the 2013 Ironwoman Championship in New South Wales.

Candice’s Life Beyond Sports

Outside of her sporting accolades, Candice has also made a name for herself in media. She co-hosts Sydney’s Triple M’s Dead Set Legends show with Richard Freedman and Brendan Annakin on Saturday mornings, and appears as a panelist on Fox Sports Back Page on Tuesday nights.

This won’t be Candice’s first foray into reality television, either. She also competed on SAS Australia in 2020, and quickly became a fan favourite for viewers across the country.

In her personal life, Candice married Australian cricketer David Warner back in 2015, and together, they’re one of Australia’s most prominent sporting couples. Candice and David share three daughters — Ivy Mae, Indie Rae and Isla Rose— together.

Candice Is Competing for Dolly’s Dream

Naturally competitive, Candice is hoping to take home the win on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! 2024. But it’s not just about being crowned Queen of the Jungle — she also wants to make a difference.

Candice is also competing for Dolly’s Dream, which will receive a $100,000 prize if she takes home the win.

Dolly’s Dream aims to raise awareness about the impact of bullying, anxiety, and depression on young Aussies, with the aim to reduce youth suicide rates through education and direct support to young people and their families.

The charity was created by Kate and Tick Everett in memory of their daughter Dolly, who died by suicide at the age of 14 after ongoing bullying. Now, the Everetts hope to help prevent other families from having to walk this road. Dolly’s Dream provides a free support line to qualified counsellors for those who need it, and runs anti-bullying and digital safety workshops for schools.
