If you didn’t already know, the world has gone crazy for Barbie, including our restaurants. Burger chain Grill’d is jumping aboard the saccharine pink world, transforming Grill’d The Galeries location into a Barbie Dreamworld.
This transformation, which will see burger lovers immersed in a Barbie wonderland, is open from Tuesday, July 11 to Monday, August 14, with would-be diners surrounded by fun-loving Barbie decor and countless Insta-worthy backgrounds at every turn. So get snapping.
As for the menu, expect it to be Barbiefied, too. There’s a Barbie Beach Roll with poached Australian rock lobster, creamy avocado, crispy Nori, and all wrapped in a soft pink roll. Because Grill’d is known for its burgers, it would be a miss not to try the Barbie Dreamburger, a show-stopping creation straight out of Barbie’s Dreamhouse.
Featuring a juicy grass-fed beef patty topped with pink mayo, tasty cheese, charred pineapple, avocado, tomato, lettuce, Spanish onion and a splash of tomato sauce, the Dreamburger is sandwiched between a pink panini bun because it’s Barbie’s world and we’re just living in it.
The Grill’d Barbie Dreamburger is now available in all restaurants across the country and also via Grill’d Delivery and DoorDash for delivery.
Those wanting to immerse themselves in Barbie Land can try the exclusive Barbie Beach Roll when they dine at the Grill’d Dreamburgers Diner at The Galeries, Sydney.
