All of the Winners from the 2022 Golden Globes Including ‘Succession’ and ‘Ted Lasso’

It’s been a tumultuous couple of years for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) — the organisation in charge of the annual Golden Globes awards show.

Between being exposed for having no Black journalists on their committee of 87, to the constant challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, many thought that the 2022 iteration of the event simply would not go ahead.

The show did, in fact, go on, but no one was able to watch it as the HFPA decided to proceed with the ceremony as a private event.

In a statement made to The Hollywood Reporter, a rep for HFPA said, “This year’s event is going to be a private event and will not be live-streamed. We will be providing real-time updates on winners on the Golden Globes website and our social media.”

The decision to keep the awards low-key followed the previously made announcement that the ceremony would not feature a red carpet, celebrity guests, industry insiders or any of the other bells and whistles that typically go hand in hand with a Hollywood award show.

Among the nominees were Ted Lasso and The Morning Show which earned four nominations apiece while films The Power of the Dog, Belfast, DuneKing Richard and CODA battled it out for best drama.

The Power of the Dog and Belfast led the film category with seven nominations apiece while Succession, unsurprisingly, was out in front in the tv categories with five — including a nod (and win) for Aussie actress Sarah Snook who plays Shiv Roy.

Read on for the full list of all of the winners from the 2022 Golden Globes.
