Gogglebox Australia is a series that stars local Australian families that become some of our favourites on TV. We all love the Delpechitra family, the wholesome grandparents Lee and Keith, and the Greek BFFs Anastasia and Faye. However, Gogglebox Australia’s 2024 season will have more than just a bunch of returning faces. Gogglebox Australia’s 2024 season is going to star some exciting new cast members. Like the other iconic stars, these new members will be sitting in a living room reacting to what’s been on our TV screens.

If you’re a Gogglebox Australia fan, then you’ll definitely want to know who these new cast members are. So let’s leap straight into the details.

Gogglebox Australia’s New 2024 Cast Members

Mia, Bree, and Laine

Coming from the Shire in Sydney, Mia, Bree, and Laine are poised to captivate households across Australia. From The Real Housewives to The Kardashians to Australian Survivor, this trio loves all forms of reality TV. They’re also excited to talk over numerous documentaries and any true crime shows that come their way.

As it stands, Mia is a teacher’s aide pursuing a career as a special education teacher, and her sister Bree is a dance instructor proficient in contemporary and lyrical techniques. Meanwhile, their best friend, Lainey, is also a dance teacher.

According to Bree, the three of them are going to add something special to Gogglebox Australia’s 2024 season. This is because they are all in their mid-twenties, a demographic that’s sometimes underrepresented on this series.

“I think that we will be quite suitable to the younger demographic that will watch the show,” Bree said in an interview, “they’ve got some really good families and some of the older demographic, but I think people our age that watch the show, we haven’t seen many females our age for a while. So I think it will get that type of market, and be easily relatable for people in our generation.”

Gogglebox Australia premieres on Foxtel this Wednesday, February 21, at 7.30pm. This episode will then air on Network 10 and 10 Play the following day, Thursday, February 21, at 8.30pm. Miss this episode? Catch up on 10 Play.
