Fourth Time’s a Charm: Firebird Is Back and Juicy As Hell

Prahan

After reopening 3 times in 2020, the Commune Group’s latest creation, Firebird, is up and running once again.

Walking into Firebird, you wouldn’t know what a toll COVID-19 has had on hospitality venues. The place is pumping and colourful, with upbeat music, charismatic staff and it’s jam-packed full of patrons ready to party.

Located smack bang in the centre of High Street, Prahan, it’s the perfect place to go for a feisty feast. The menu heroes Vietnamese cuisine, with hints of French; Duck L’Orange, Scotch Quail Eggs, and lots of spice – the ginger, lemongrass and lingering chilli kind. There are some clever takes on classic Vietnamese dishes such as Banh Mi and Broken Rice and lots of charring, which we always love.

Oh, and every dish goes well with tequila. A fun cocktail list, filled with twists on some favourite classics like the margarita and singapore sling, sees to you feeling the perfect amount of spicy throughout your meal.

Although totally in it’s element amongst weekend vibes, Firebird is a big, beautiful and spacious venue open from 12pm Friday – Sunday and till late 7 nights a week. It’s really great for a juicy fix of Vietnamese flavours, with a modern twist and an upbeat, youthful energy.

How to book: Book direct via their website
