With the weather warming, and the days longer, we get a sense summer is almost here. Now that restrictions have eased in Sydney, we can kick back and enjoy drinks with friends in the park or at the pub. For those heading to the park for a picnic, you can now stop by Australia’s first pop-up hard seltzer bar.

Locally owned, independent seltzer company FELLR, has set up a Garden of Fizz at one of the city’s most coveted picnic spots—the Royal Botanic Gardens.

Perfect for balmy summer days and nights, you can now swing by the bar to pick up the entire FELLR seltzer range, which includes dry and lime, watermelon, passionfruit and lime and soda. You will also find their newly launched FELLR cocktail seltzer range, behind the bar.

The FELLR Garden of Fizz opens Friday, 8 October, and will operate from 10 am to 7:30 pm, beginning four days a week—Thursday to Sunday until March 2022.

Now that daylight savings have kicked in, expect a string of events to come organised by FELLR, including live music, entertainment and special celebrations for New Year’s Day and Australia Day.

From the end of October, they plan to host monthly music series, in partnership with music and arts agency Fruit Bowl, so you can listen to local artists while enjoying a fresh hard seltzer as the sun sets over the water.
