In 2024, Samantha will compete against eleven other celebrities in a dance competition. Luckily, the playing field will be rather even, as none of the contestants know how to dance. Over the course of this series, they’ll each be taught several ballroom routines. The best dancer among them will win the coveted Mirror Ball trophy. They’ll also get to choose a charity that will receive $20,000 if they win.
The other celebrities that Samantha will be up against include the likes of MasterChef Australia’s Julie Goodwin and the AFL legend Shane Crawford. Here’s how we think Samantha will travel in this series.

Dancing With the Stars Australia’s Samantha Jade is one of our country’s favourite singers. In 2012, she rose to fame after winning the fourth season of The X Factor Australia. Following her victory, she released the song “What You’ve Done to Me”, an anthem that topped the ARIA Singles Chart.
Beyond singing, Samantha has starred in many Aussie TV shows. In 2014, she acted as Kylie Minogue in the INXS mini-series Never Tear Us Apart. Samantha has additionally guest-starred as the impulsive Isla Schultz on Home and Away.
Likewise, Samantha isn’t a stranger to the reality TV game. In 2022, she starred in The Celebrity Apprentice Australia, being eliminated after completing seven tasks.
