Following an incredibly successful launch last year, Chiswick’s ‘garden table’ is set to return for the month of April—this time, in partnership with Four Pillars Gin.

For those unfamiliar, Chiswick Woollahra’s ‘garden table’ will see the kitchen garden entirely transformed into a private dining room experience for groups of four. Available every Tuesday to Friday throughout April for lunch and dinner, you will be treated to a unique four-course vegetarian dining experience curated by Head Chef Francois Poulard alongside a selection of cocktails and spritzes courtesy of Four Pillars Gin, all for $150 per person or $125 per person sans alcoholic beverages.

“The Chiswick Garden Table is designed to be an immersive sensory experience. It’s our unique spin on ‘farm to table’ with your surroundings literally served up for you on a plate. We work backwards with Peter Hatfield (Chiswick’s Head Horticulturist) to plant ingredients in advance, specifically for this menu. We’re constantly inspired by our surroundings, with the abundance of beautiful fresh produce and we want that to shine through in every bite,” says Poulard.

Tour the garden before sitting down for a meal that embraces the balmier autumn weather. Expect an heirloom tomato tart served with Four Pillars Negroni, gnocchi with garden pumpkin served with Four Pillars Tartufo, and a plum crostata served with Four Pillars bloody shiraz old fashioned. There is even a Bluetooth speaker for you to choose your own ambience for the evening.

In the end, walk away with your own bottle of Chiswick garden soda.
