9 Trending Pop Culture Podcasts to Binge in 2020

With the promise of a new year ahead, we thought we’d round up some pop-culture-centric podcasts for you to dive into.

Perhaps they’re already on your list, or perhaps you’re looking for something new to binge from the very beginning.

Either way, this is the cream of the crop when it comes to entertainment podcasts that will have you laughing out loud in public, no matter how inappropriate the location.

1. Little Gold Men

vanity fair

If you’re the Oscar-party hosting obsessive, or even if you’re just into really good movies, then Vanity Fair’s Little Gold Men podcast is the one for you. Proving that award season is actually a year-round affair, they feature tons of A-List interviews, as well as all the movie and TV talk you could ever dream of. As a bonus, the hosts are all entertaining, so it’s not just a dry debate about what’s going to win Best Picture.

2. Who? Weekly

Allow hosts Bobby Finger and Lindsey Weber to introduce you to the wonderful world of who’s and them’s, as they tell you all the things you need to know about the celebrities you don’t. If this sounds like a whole pile of grammatically incorrect nonsense to you, please, just trust us. It’s a laugh-a-minute guide to all the D-to-Z list celebrities and their Instagram spon-con hijinks, and you can thank us later.

3. Comments By Celebs

What started as an Instagram page sharing screenshots of quite literally, comments by celebrities, has evolved into a podcast hosted by co-founders Emma Diamond and Julie Kramer. Follow and listen along as the girls recap the world of Hollywood each week, and the world of Kardashians (go on, we won’t judge).

4. How Did This Get Made

Join Paul Scheer, June Diane Raphael and Jason Mantzoukas as they sit down to enjoy some of the worst films ever created.

It’s finally here. Excited to finally announce my podcast So Bad It’s Good where I’m exploring all the pop culture we love to hate. Tons of reality shows, tons of daily mail articles, a little YouTube and tons of stories about me being an idiot! It’s a solo pod with tons of amazing guests that I’m freaking out about @larzmarie, @jackiemichelejohnson, @bravohappyhour, @ramonafacts, @hannahabrown, @annabelledesisto, @ahasaka, @suzykewe, @janetelizabethx, @troy_mceady and many many more, even my mom and my nephew (tough negotiations with his agent-my sister). Next weeks guest is the Tom Hanks of podcasting Mr @dannypellegrino and he was incredible. Also, there are a couple of surprises in store that i think you’ll freak out about. Please give it a shot and possibly a good review and subscribe, share with your friends and all that crap i hate asking about. It’s on @applepodcasts, @spotify, @stitcherpodcasts and all other pod outlets. Love and light. Lol. (Also the insanely awesome artwork is done by @helloharlot. Please check her out!) #podcast #reality #pumprules #housewives #hashtags #canitakeanotherlookatyou #avivasleg

If you’re the only one in the group chat screaming about Aaron Carter’s new face tattoo, or 90 Day Fiance, or about Felicity Huffman going to prison, then So Bad It’s Good With Ryan Bailey is the place for you. Find your people and have a laugh as Ryan and his co-hosts dive into everything happening in pop culture each week.

7. Keep It

For the times when you’re absolutely, literally done with celebrities and all their nonsense, Keep It is here for you. An intersection of pop culture and politics, join Ira Madison III and co-hosts Louis Virtel and Aida Osman as they talk through everything that made them say “keep it” this week.

If you’re a die-hard Bravo junkie, Ben Mandelker and Ronnie Karam have you covered. Churning out daily episodes, you can start by just tuning into the episodes with your shows, but be warned: you’ll eventually want to hear all the episodes, which will mean binging all the shows, as well!
