The Preston Market is a 50-year-old Melbourne institution. Situated in the European-centric inner-north suburb of Preston, this market feels like you’ve stepped into a market in Rome or something. Not only do they offer up some of the best meats, produce and deli items, they also have live music, hot jam doughnuts and their famous pizza stall as well. It’s organised chaos, and you’ll love every bit of it.

Open every weekend from 10 am – 4 pm, they serve up coffee and snacks for you to devour while you wander around. This one is for the op shop lovers. The Camberwell Sunday Market is like a giant flea market, filled to the brim with vintage clothes, paintings, homewares, ceramics… literally as far as the eye can see.
