‘Farmer Wants a Wife’ Will Be Back in 2022 and You Can Apply Now to Find Love

Farmer Wants a Wife 2022

Great news for fans of wholesome love stories and that good old country life — Farmer Wants A Wife is heading back to Channel 7 in 2022 and will see a new batch of single farmers hoping to meet their perfect match.

The 2021 season is currently underway at the network with audiences falling in love with the blossoming romance between the contestants and the men they have been matched with. Of course, the current season has also seen some heartache as the ladies are sent home as the experiment heads towards a conclusion.

Hosted by Natalie Gruzlewski, this year’s search for love by our rural Romeos – Matt, Andrew, Sam, Will and Rob – has lifted Seven’s television timeslot audience. The 2021 season is also a hit on social media, with 15 million impressions, 7.3 million video views and 1.3 million interactions.

Since it launched on July 4, the 2021 season has scored an average total audience across linear TV and BVOD of 1.35 million and reached more than 4 million people. The launch episode had a total audience of 1.53 million.

The dating show has a pretty impressive track record, has resulted in 170 marriages, one long-term relationship and 387 beautiful farmer babies worldwide. In Australia alone, the series has resulted in nine marriages, one long-term relationship and 23 babies.

With stats like that you would not be alone in wanting to give it a shot yourself, so why not fill out the application and see where the adventure takes you?

Casting for the next season is open now at https://farmerwantsawife.com.au with the applications currently open to farmers who are “looking to find their soulmate” and the line now open for ladies to register their expression of interest.

Not only do you stand the chance of meeting the love of your life but, if chosen, you’d also get to enjoy some pretty spectacular scenery. The current season of Farmer Wants a Wife saw the introductions filmed at The Convent — a stunning boutique hotel in NSW’s Hunter Valley that is effortlessly glamorous and perfectly picturesque for the beginning of a fairytale romance.

So, go on! What have you got to lose?

Farmer Wants a Wife airs at 7pm on Sundays, and 7.30pm Monday to Wednesday on Channel 7 and 7 Plus.
