ALDI is jumping aboard the organic wine trend in its latest Special Buys drop, hitting stores tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5.
With prices starting from $6.99 for a Tavernello Organic Grecanico Pinot Grigio or Sangiovese 2019 — both vegan-friendly wines from Italy — the drop also includes new additions to the ALDI alcohol range called Garden Gangsta.
Available in a Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz, these “intense and rich” 2018 organic wines hail from 22-year-old vineyards in Gulgong, NSW, and will set back buyers only $9.99.
Wine aside, the Special Buys liquor collection is also growing with exciting new gin and spritz flavours guaranteed to spice up your next dinner party or Saturday night in.
The 700mL bottle of Gordon’s Pink Gin is sure to fly off shelves, especially with a price tag of $39.99 (a whole $10 cheaper than competitor retailers).
There’s also a Greyson’s Spiced Apple and Winter Berry Gin ($44.99), perfect for chilly summer evenings.
Spritz-wise, it’s hard not to get excited about the SOFI Spritz Wild Strawberry & Fingerlime or Pink Grapefruit & Lavender flavours, both $9.99 each.
And for a refreshing change from your typical sparkling whites, the Sandara Sparkling Lemon NV ($7.49) will surely be a hit.
Beer lovers won’t be able to pass up on a case of Mountain Goat Organic Steam Ale ($59.95), while the health-conscious may appreciate a four-pack of Bootleg Booch Passionfruit or Pink Apple Kombucha for just $16.99.
The Special Buys liquor drop hits selected stores in NSW, ACT, VIC and WA tomorrow, August 5, with limited stock. Be quick to avoid disappointment, and as always, adhere to social distancing and best hygiene practices while shopping.
