Where to Stream Sport In Australia All Day, Everyday

Australian streaming service Stan is the new home of rugby and is now offering an add-on Sport package in the lead up to the start of Super Rugby season.

The package will be available for $10 a month with Stan being the only place to watch every match, ad-free.

According to the streaming platform, consumers can enjoy rugby live and on-demand and can pre-activate the sport package to get a 30 day free trial for a limited time only. Shortly, Stan customers will notice the Stan Sports menu item appear in their app.

While it hasn’t got an official launch date as yet, you can pre-activate, you can visit their website.

For the first time in the game’s history, the Super Rugby AU, Super Rugby Aotearoa and Trans-Tasman tournament will be shown live in fan-friendly timeslots, along with the Rugby Championship, Bledisloe Cup, Shute Shield, Hospital Cup, Currie Cup and New Zealand’s National Provincial Championship, plus Super W, Wallabies and Wallaroos test matches, SANZAAR Union home tests and more.

“As Rugby kicks off with Stan Sport, Stan will continue to deliver Australians the highest quality productions whilst maintaining great value for money. For the first time in Rugby’s history, fans can experience the game from its grassroots all the way to the international level, allowing a whole new generation of Australians to connect with the sport,” Stan CEO Mike Sneesby said in a statement.

Stan’s add-on Sport package is impressive and comprehensive, to say the least, bringing live streaming to more devices than any other streaming service.

Supported devices include selected Smart TVs from Samsung, LG, Sony, Hisense, TCL, Panasonic and Android TVs; gaming consoles, including PS4, PS4 Pro, PS5, Xbox One, One S and One X; media players, including Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Fetch TV, Telstra TV and the Foxtel Now box; and via the web on Mac and Windows computers plus mobile devices, including iOS and Android.

Rugby fans can also indulge in Australia’s national pastime and relive the greatest moments of Australian Rugby, with access to an extensive library of classic Wallabies and Super Rugby matches.

However, if you don’t have a Stan account, never fear, Foxtel and Kayo are also both great options.

Streaming service Kayo offers sports live and on-demand from Fox Sports, ESPN, beIN Sports, and Racing.com. with new subscribers entitled to a 14-day trial with no lock-in contract thereafter.

Meanwhile, Foxtel’s Sports HD package gives subscribers access to the best sports from Australia and around the world – including NBA, NFL, NRL, AFL, Super Rugby, F1, Cricket, Supercars, UFC and Football.
