It’s a new season with new farmers—and new romances!—on Farmer Wants a Wife, but only a few of the girls will make it to the end to hopefully become the wife that the farmer wants!
Each season, there are five farmers. This year, we have Farmer Rob–a 40-year-old sheep and cattle farmer from the Snowy Mountains, Farmer Sam–a 25-year-old sheep and crop farmer from Canowindra, NSW, Farmer Will, the 39-year-old sheep and cattle farmer from Longwood, Victoria, Farmer Matt–a 26-year-old cattle farmer from Orbost, Victoria, and Farmer Andrew, a 30-year-old sheep farmer from Delegate, NSW.
Each of our five farmers first selected eight women from the thousands of applications, who were then all brought to the stunning Convent hotel in the Hunter Valley. There, each farmer got to meet his eight potential loves, from which he selected five women to invite back to his farm and get to know better.
Now, they’re back at their home farms to spend more time getting to know each woman and seeing if there’s a spark and potential for lifelong love.
While only two couples from the 2020 Australian series led to a happily ever after ending, Farmer Wants A Wife remains the most successful and enduring reality dating series. The Australian series alone has resulted in nine marriages, one long-term relationship, and a whopping 23 babies!
So, when can we tune in?
Farmer Wants a Wife airs Sundays at 7pm and then Monday through Wednesdays at 7.30pm on 7 and 7 Plus.
