Gawk at the Pics and Prices of These Stunning Homes From ‘The Block’

For the first time in its 19 seasons, The Block is unveiling the final facades of its properties at the outset. The look at the homes on Charming Street in Hampton East, Victoria, will give potential buyers, and its audience, a sneak peek at their big renovation reveals.

The freshly-renovated homes will go under the hammer in the season finale, with their price guides expected to far exceed the suburb’s $1.648 million median for a four-bedroom home.

Agent price guides on the homes on The Block, revealed by Domain, range from $2.2 million to $2.4 million for Steph and Gian’s house, to $2.7 million to $2.85 million for Eliza and Liberty’s house. The other three homes fall in the middle, with price guides of $2.5 million to $2.75 million.
