7 NSW Holiday Parks So Stunning They’re Worth Planning a Trip Around

Tweed Holiday Parks Fingal Head

There are roughly 2000 holiday parks across Australia and among those, those in NSW are some of the most stunning. Many of the parks not only have pools, but also waterslides. Others are just a few steps from deserted beaches. And most have common areas where you can meet others who enjoy travelling in the same way you do.

But with so many choices of holiday parks in NSW, it can be tricky to decide. So, to help you out, ahead we’re narrowing down the options, bringing you the holiday parks in the state we think are so stunning they’re in fact worth planning a whole trip around.

Massy Greene Holiday Park

Located on Brunswick River in the village of Brunswick Heads, Massy Greene Holiday Park is an ideal site for those who love water activities. Stand-up paddleboard or kayak through the river’s calm waters. Fish by boat or from the riverbanks. Or don a snorkel and see the river’s underwater life. The park is just a three-minute walk from the town centre. It’s equipped with cabins, and unpowered and powered campsites.

Forster Beach Holiday Park

Choose from cabins or powered sites at Forster Beach Holiday Park. Cabins sleep up to six people and come with a balcony or full kitchen, while the power sites comfortably fit a caravan or RV or even several tents. Spend your days here boating or kayaking around the waterways of nearby Wallis Island, dropping a fishing line at Wallis Lake or walking across a bridge to Tuncurry to see its Nine Mile Beach.

Tweed Holiday Parks Fingal Head

Tweed Holiday Parks Fingal Head is just a 10-minute drive from Tweed Heads CBD, though you may not even want to leave the holiday park to head there. Instead, you might want to do one big shop before heading the park, and then use its barbecue facilities to make your meals. The park has direct beach access, and is near some of the area’s best surf breaks.
