Events are well and truly back in Melbourne, and why not celebrate by rubbing shoulders with other Melburnians at Queen Vic Market while gorging yourself on as many hot chips as you can devour.
The event is called Maximum Chips, and was initially meant to run during the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival in 2020—we don’t need to mention why it didn’t go ahead—and will feature shoestring fries, crinkle cut chips, and potentially some potato gems to round it all out.
