Brisbane’s got itself its own 1800 LASAGNE, in drive-thru form.
Brought to you by Dalton Catering, one of Brisbane’s most beloved catering companies, the Lasagne Drive-Thru is located at CJ’s Pasta in the Valley, which the catering company took over last year.
The drive-thru experience offers both hot and cold lasagnes, ready to eat or reheat. If you want them straight-outta-the oven type of hot, you’ll need to call and pre-order 0404 219 757 ( don’t worry we’ve got your back). If you’re happy to heat them at home, you can just roll on up.
The lasagne offering is your classic beef bolognese lasagne, sandcrab lasagne or a vegetarian lasagne, with two sizes: 1.2kg (small) or 3kg. All the lasagnes come with a side of cheesy focaccia, with the option to add on a box of charcuterie if you’re feeling that full-experience moment.
Of course, there are drinks on offer too. All your favourite Italiano vino classics like prosecco, chianti and pinot grigio are available for pick-up, too. Basically, you can live the Nonna experience without lifting a finger.
As of last week, the Lasagne Drive-Thru is officially open at 22 Prospect Street, Fortitude Valley and operates from 1pm until sold out each day as well as Friday nights.
