Travel Exactly Like James Bond With This 007-Inspired Holiday Experience

Your chance to spend a week like Bond, James Bond, is here, and it comes with an eye-watering price tag of around AU $175,000.

To celebrate the April release of No Time to Die, the 25th instalment in the James Bond series and Daniel Craig’s final performance as 007, one travel company has revealed the ultimate VIP spy experience in Tuscany, Italy.

Curated by Oliver’s Travels, the seven-day itinerary begins with a private helicopter ride to the clifftop Talamon Tower in Sienna.

A historic watchtower recently restored to a six-bedroom, six-bathroom villa overlooking the clear Tyrrhenian Sea and Maremma beaches below, the ancient structure was used as a location during the filming of Quantum of Solace.

Upon arrival, a private butler, yours for the duration of the entire week, will be there waiting to greet guests with a round of martinis (shaken, not stirred).

For the seven days that follow, VIP guests will take part in a range of 007-inspired activities that include a cocktail-making masterclass from Tuscany’s most coveted mixologists, dinner by a private chef on the outdoor terrace of the villa, and game of Texas Hold’em in a privately-hosted casino night.

Come time to explore the Tuscan region, and guests will have access to a collection of vintage classic cars to use for the day. Choose from the Aston Martin DB5 seen in Skyfall, the Bentley Mark IV that featured in From Russia With Love and the Ford Mustang driven in Diamonds are Forever.

Another perfect day in paradise will have guests exploring the coastal waters and islands of Giglio e Giannutri in a Sunseeker yacht reminiscent of the Sovereign 17, as featured in Quantum of Solace.

Passengers aboard will dock at the Michelin Starred Pellicano restaurant at the Hotel Il Pellicano for a black-tie dinner by awarded Italian chef Chef Michelino Gioia.

The experience for 12 people costs a casual £90,000 (around AU $175,000) and includes seven nights accommodation in the villa with a fully-stocked fridge, plus all of the extras outlined above. Check out Oliver’s Travels for more details and to book.
