H&M has today announced it’s bringing its shopping experience online, six years after first launching stores in Australia.

From today, Australian shoppers will be able to browse the store’s range of fashion and accessories, fill a cart, and check out online for a seamless and contactless shopping adventure.

“We are very excited to finally launch H&M online in Australia and to be able to offer our fashion collections to customers nationwide anytime, anywhere,” says Thomas Coellner, H&M Australia country manager.

“We now have 40 stores across the country and this significant milestone extends H&M’s omni-channel offering.”

H&M is committed to building a sustainable future. By 2030, the store plans to have all products made from recycled or sustainably sourced materials, and it’s on its way with the Conscious Collection and ongoing efforts of transparency.

The newly launched online shopping portal goes further to help shoppers purchase clothes with a conscious. Each product displayed will have information to help users easily find the origin of a product, the countries it was produced in, and the suppliers and factories where it was made.

To coincide with the launch of the online portal, H&M is also revealing its loyalty program: H&M Member.

Shoppers who sign up to the program will receive 20% off the entirety of their first online order, and will also gain exclusive access to new collections, plus personalised discounts, free shipping with purchases over $60, and free returns for all online orders.

As of right now, the online shopping experience is live for fashion only. We’ll wait to hear from the brand regarding the Home collections.

You can shop online now at H&M.
