Jason Momoa and Peter Dinklage Are Sinking Their Teeth Into a New Movie

Game of Thrones

Tyrion Lannister and Khal Drogo paired together in a new movie? Yes, please!

Game of Thrones alum Peter Dinklage and Jason Momoa have signed on to star in a brand new action-adventure vampire flick called Good Bad & Undead.

Dinklage will play Van Helsing, the last in a long line of vampire hunters who develops a partnership with a vampire (Momoa) who has taken a vow never to kill again. Together they run a scam from town to town, where Van Helsing pretends to vanquish the vampire for money. But when a massive bounty is put on the vampire’s head, everything in this dangerous world full of monsters and magic is now after them.

While Momoa and Dinklage played pivotal roles in Game of Thrones, they never shared any scenes together. Dinklage’s Lannister was in Westeros while Momoa’s Khal Drogo (“moon of my life…”) was in Essos.

First reported by Deadline, moviehouse Legendary is behind the film and has signed on Max Barbakow, the director behind Andy Samberg and Cristin Milioti film Palm Springs to be at the helm.

Before Palm Springs, which set a Sundance Film Festival acquisition record by being bought by Neon and Hulu for $22 million, Barbakow directed and wrote The Duke and Mommy, I’m a Bastard!

Van Helsing was previously played by Hugh Jackman who played the titular role in a film of the same name in 2004.

There is also a series, which is in its final season, which was made by SyFy about Vanessa Van Helsing who fights vampires in a post-apocalyptic world.
