Celebrity MasterChef has kicked off, and fans could not be more excited. After MasterChef Australia ended, crowning Justin Narayan as the winner, it’s safe to say people were experiencing withdrawals. It’s hard to find a show on TV that makes you feel as good as MasterChef. With the humble attitudes and the constant support for one another, the reality show is so much more than food.
Which is why when Celebrity MasterChef was announced, viewers were ecstatic. Not only do they get to experience the entire competition all over again, but their favourite stars are coming forward to make the show even more entertaining than it already was.
The 10 celebrities taking part are Ian Thorpe, Rebecca Gibney, Dami Im, Chrissie Swan, Archie Thompson, Nick Riewoldt, Matthew Le Neves, Dilruk Jayasinha, Collette Dinnigan and Tilly Ramsay, daughter of famous chef Gordon Ramsay.
They may be amateur cooks, but each and every one of them has plated up some amazing dishes, making it almost impossible to predict who will have their name engraved on the famous trophy.
Everyone’s favourite Jock Zonfrillo, Melissa Leong and Andy Allen have returned to their rightful place on the judging panel, deciding who will make it to the very end. Unfortunately, that also means every week we will say goodbye to some of our favourites, as it won’t be a competition if there was no threat of elimination.
Here are the people who have left the MasterChef kitchen.
Chrissie Swan
Dami Im
Matt Le Nevez
Ian Thorpe
