Celebrity Apprentice Australia will premiere on Sunday, May 23 at 7:00pm on Channel 9 and 9Now as CEO Lord Alan Sugar invites a new group of entrepreneurial hopefuls into his boardroom.
Having fronted all 15 seasons of The Apprentice UK, the revered billionaire and business mogul is here to oversee the competition and usher those iconic words, “you’re fired”, to all but one celebrity.
Lord Sugar has made his presence felt Down Under, guided by his two trusted business advisors – Boost Juice pioneer and investor Janine Allis, and fashion designer and entrepreneur Lorna Jane Clarkson.
Together, they will provide guidance as the 14 fresh faces compete to raise the most money for their chosen charity and while taking home a sweet $100,000 prize themselves.
According to Channel 9, “This season will be packed with dramatic boardroom showdowns that have to be seen to be believed. There will be clashes of egos, plenty of twists, Celebrity guest cameos and entertaining tasks for the Celebrities to conquer.
“One Celebrity will also make history – earning more money for their chosen charity than any other in the history of the show.”
