Mark your calendars, everyone. Next Friday, April 17, is the day we’ve all been waiting YEARS for. Cadbury Marble chocolate is finally coming back to stores.
After endless pleading, Cadbury has finally given into the public’s demand for the return of the iconic chocolate. It surely has to be one of the most requested comebacks for any discontinued food. (Except maybe potato Smiles.) There are even Facebook groups dedicated to bringing back Marble chocolate, who have been campaigning for years.
In February, our prayers were answered when Cadbury announced that Marble would indeed be having a triumphant comeback — and now we have a date. Honestly, it couldn’t have come at a better time.
Yes, with Easter treats constantly on special at Coles, I have already been eating chocolate like it’s a national sport. But will that stop me from gleefully eating multiple blocks of Marble next week? Hell no.
For the uninitiated, Marble chocolate is a perfect blend of milk and white choc, filled with a soft hazelnut praline. It’s a real god-tier Cadbury product, and we’re baffled that it was ever discontinued in the first place.
This isn’t the first time that Cadbury has given into customer demand – last year they revived the iconic Caramilk chocolate block which sent people into quite a frenzy.
We’re already expecting some bonkers Marble chocolate cocktail recipes and baking creations to be online within a week.
