For many, one of the best bits about staying in a luxury hotel is the chance to tuck into the breakfast buffet. The charcuterie! The buttery pastries! The made-to-order omelettes! Whatever you’re in the mood for, whether it be sweet or savoury, a swanky hotel buffet can almost always satisfy that craving.
Fortunately, you don’t necessarily need to be staying at said swanky hotel to take advantage of its breakfast buffet. Sydney in particular has plenty of hotels that open their buffets to the public. From a buffet with no less than nine made-to-order cooking stations, to another with live music and free-flowing sparkling, these are our picks for Sydney’s best hotel buffets, no stay required
