Bear Grylls is most famous for roughing it in the wilderness, drinking his own urine and other crazy endurance skills.
Hosting many survival-esque shows throughout his career, nothing will prepare you for his latest one.
And now, a new trailer has arrived (see below) so you best get ready for the grit, endurance and strength.
The adventure-loving, life-risking man is back, hosting the only show comparable to his mad love of the outdoors — World’s Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji.
Coming to Amazon Prime Video on August 14, the 10-episode adventure series pits 66 teams from 30 different countries against one another as they traverse 671 kilometres of Fijian jungle over 11 days. Forget The Great Amazing Race, this is hard-core.
The teams, which include a number of Aussie contingents, Team Gippsland Adventure and Team Mad Mayrs, will travel across hundreds of miles of rugged Fijian terrain complete with mountains, jungles and oceans.
There are 330 competitors all up, forming teams of five with the greatest challenges not their competition, but the unforgiving 671 kilometres of terrain.
The contestants will battle personal struggles as well as the physical endurance — it’s not for the faint-hearted.
So, who do we know so far that is competing from Australia?
