He’s beauty, he’s grace, he’s undoubtedly the most stylish man in Hollywood — no, we’re not talking about Harry Styles. Shia LaBeouf is a not-so-accidental fashion icon and if you weren’t already aware of this, then you’re about to be.

The actor and director is the subject of the ShiasOutfits Instagram account. Created by Bobby Wingham, the account is a platform dedicated to chronicling the normcore fashion icon’s streetwear style. With a simple premise of posting papped pics of the actor as he runs his daily errands, the Instagram account has amassed some 174,000 followers who too love to relish in his casual and rugged style.

Virgil Abloh, Off-White founder and the artistic director of Louis Vuitton’s menswear, is a follower of the account, as is Kaia Gerber and other fashion-forward members of Hollywood’s IT crowd.

LeBeouf’s style is ever-changing and malleable. He seamlessly shifts from wearing hot pink tights and a cropped T-shirt to hiking boots and cut-offs, but here’s the thing: he repeats outfits and pieces all the time!

For a man whose estimated net worth sits at US $25 million, LeBeouf sure has his priorities straight, opting to wear the same well-worn clothes over a period of years rather than constantly buying new pieces. We stan a man who maintains a sustainable wardrobe.

Of course, LeBeouf would have had to replace the majority of his clothes at one stage. It’s common knowledge that Kanye West stole almost all of his wardrobe a few years ago, as the actor revealed in an interview with Esquire in 2018.

Apparently, West visited LeBoeuf’s home after he and his mother had attended Ye’s concert, where the rapper began to raid his closet. Speaking of his mother, LeBeouf said: “She is, of course, obsessed with Kanye West. When I brought her backstage, he was a fucking sweetheart to her. And it just felt fair. So I’m like, ‘Go for it, my guy. Take everything you want.’ And he did. He took all my fucking clothes.”

Yes, there’s an elusive effortlessness to his approach, but it wouldn’t be tremendously difficult for someone to replicate his capsule wardrobe, or at least try. Shoes-wise, a pair of combat or hiking boots, plus a beat-up old pair of white sneakers will do the trick.

For bottoms, you’ll need a pair of well-worn jeans, grey chinos, and some cut-offs. His collection of T-shirts is perhaps easiest to replicate. Look out for vintage logo tees and sports merch from American baseball teams. You’ll note, though, that LeBeouf’s style is probably less about the clothes and more about the styling. He isn’t afraid to tuck his T-shirts in and opt for slim-fitting silhouettes.

Also, accessorise! Play around with baseball caps, military-style backpacks, and carry around a giant milk carton filled with water. Stay hydrated, look cool.
